“I Do” Wedding & specialty Cakes is the brainchild of Mount Martha based pastry chef and ‘can-do’ cake decorator Scott Edwards.
Scott has the vision and skill to create the right cake for you and turn your special event into something you will remember forever.
All "I Do" cakes are finished with fondant, atop a layer of melted chocolate and cream-ganache that adds an extra fling of flavour to the base-cake.
Icing can be laced with flavours such as:
